I purchased a car. My CX five was really good. Chandler helped me listen to what I had to say and listen to about my payments and what my car was worth. He gave me what it was worth and did a very good job took us around in the car had me and my wife drive it very good, we went to a dealership before that was Dennis Dillon Mazda. They were horrible service don’t go to Dennis Dillon monster, but team Mazda was very good to work with listened to what I had to say and Riley was very good as well.
Josh gragg is the only salesman anyone should ever deal with. I love how he is very honest and will work tirelessly to get you what you want and need but still trying to keep payments where you need them. Josh treats me like family and has since day 1. I wont deal with anyone else at this dealership. He has proven time and time again how he is willing to go the extra mile for you!
The people that work here are questionable, they aren’t genuinely friendly, they are robot friendly. It’s uncomfortable sitting here for almost 2 hours to get a free oil change. It seems to cost extra from my life to get a simple 30 minute oil change. If anything goes wrong with my car again I will never bring it back to team Mazda. They replaced a part that was almost $500 and tried to quote me for the same part that still was leaking because they didn’t actually fix it. They won’t reimburse me for all the coolant I’ve gone threw so the free oil changes I basically still paid for a good chunk of. They literally made my credit score go up but turned their back on me and tried stealing from me when my car broke down. These guys will destroy your credit if you don’t have a healthy support system.
Saw a few reviews on this website saying the dealer deleted them on google so I’m reposting mine here I came here due to the 2000 trade in advert on the radio, I had just started a family and needed something bigger, The moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly and respectful. the whole process was incredibly streamlined and I was driving home in a used CX-5 just a few hours after arriving. My issues started occurring the in the weeks following. During the buying process the salesman I worked with mentioned that there was a large amount of parts ordered to be replaced on the car, as well as a new windshield (the current one was cracked) and a detail service. over the next 2 months I reached out multiple times asking about the promised services, I ended up having to go in person 2 separate times just get the windshield to be replaced. The entire experience after the papers were signed has been frustrating. To top it off the car was sold to me for over twice the kbb value, something I found out after the fact. I’ve no idea if this is a common experience here but it’s one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As soon as they have your money it’s almost a lost cause getting any customer support.
Absolutely shady experience here, after being in our new vehicle for 3 weeks we got a call to sign a new contract for a higher rate. When we refused to sign we were told to pay a $750 restocking fee, return the vehicle, and our trade in was already sold, so we literally walked away with nothing. DO NOT GO HERE.

Update The owner has just called me out for being rude, using racial slurs and being vulgar which I was not. They asked what salesman I had and all I could remember is he didn’t speak perfect English, not racist. What a pathetic way to treat your customers. Ever time I talked to any of the managers they apologized for how their team treated me and now they say I’m the one who treated them bad? After I left the bad review I was harassed and threatened to take the post down. They are more concerned about any bad publicity than good customer service then when things don’t go there way they attack the customer. I asked for more money for my trade-in. They offered me all sorts of additional services, but later found out they financed that in instead of being part of my trade in. Cancelled the add ons immediately and have yet to receive my money back, which they said would take 8 weeks - its been over 10 weeks, still nothing has happened.
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I'm 20 years old and went with my mother to possibly purchase a vehicle. I told them my budget and they showed me a car that they claimed was in my budget. I asked for a 4/5 year loan, for a car under $20,000 that was a used compact suv. They found one that was alright. They never made an attempt to sell the car to me, they sold it to my mother. She wrote out the check, and they started handing us paperwork. They explained nothing to us and changed the numbers behind our backs. The one time they explained something, it was for an extended warranty that we said we did not want and asked them to remove it. They kept it in our contract. We returned in less than 12 hours to inform them that I literally cannot pay for this vehicle. It was $10,000 more than I could afford. They did take off $4,000 for the warranty but refused to take back the vehicle I cannot afford. It is now sitting on their lot because I cannot insure the car because they lied and priced it way above my budget. I offered to purchase a different vehicle on the lot and plenty of others. I hope to not have to take the legal route but I will if need be. Please take this warning seriously. Our sales rep looked us in the eyes, showed us pictures of his kids that were my age and yet had the audacity to twist the numbers and scam me.
