I told them what I was looking for. It took a couple days, but they found it and made the deal. Great experience.
I wish I could provide a glowing 5-star review, but my experience here was not ideal. Drawn in by the radio ads, I chose this dealership first, hoping they could ease the stress of needing a new car quickly. Unfortunately, they did not. They refused to provide a price for the vehicle I was interested in until I drove 40 minutes into town and they had all my personal information. When they finally gave me a price, it was nearly double the fair market value. Despite their "discount" of a few thousand dollars, the price was still $5,000 more than I expected for a car that was in fair condition, not great. After seeing my disappointment, the salesperson knocked off another $1,000. With my $2,000 trade-in and down payment, we finally reached the fair market value. Exhausted, hungry, and stressed about my previous car breaking down, I was not in the best frame of mind and didn't ask enough questions. I take responsibility for that. The next day I was putting into a loan payoff calculator what I had agreed to pay for the car and my interest rate but the payments weren't coming up right, not even close. That's when it hit me I never saw a final price. How could I sign all those papers without someone pointing out to me what my actual loan amount would be? I went and grabbed my paperwork, they're it was. A number $4000 more than I had agreed to. A number I know I had never been told or shown. I looked through and found that the many "perks" I was told my used car was coming with were in fact not included. I paid royally for them. Like oil changes that are twice the cost of what they would be at my usual place. Not to mention I have to drive 40 minutes to get these oil changes because I live so far out of town. My only previous dealership experience was with a small-town dealer who was upfront and honest about everything. I can't say the same for this team. There was no informed consent here—just a series of unwelcome surprises. This felt like a common practice for them, which is disappointing. To anyone reading this, I hope you are in a better frame of mind to ask the right questions and that the dealership is more transparent with you. I hope buying your new car is exciting and fun. On a positive note, they did provide $35 in gas to get me home and promised to detail the car soon, which I look forward to because it has not been cleaned yet. I just want to get this car paid off as soon as possible so I can be out from under the debt I hadn't planned on and move past this bad day. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I didn't walk away feeling like they looked at me as anything more than another sale and I hope for better treatment for future customers. I don't think they're bad people but I think they can do much better than they did for me.

First of all let me say, my salesman Matt Nielson has gone above and beyond my expectations. I am typically a little difficult to deal with when it comes to Automotive needs as I have nearly 20 years in the industry as a service manager and tend to question everything. Matt has followed up every time, was able to get me the vehicle I needed within my budget. Absolutely flawless experience. Matt truly made everything easy, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. I will stick with him for all my future purchases from here on out. I recently had to bring my 2019 Titan XD in for warranty (Team Mazda provided with my purchase) due to a rear main seal leak.
