Fantastic experience at team Mazda! I very much dislike buying a car and the typical dealer pressure never sits well with me. Well team Mazda is not typical and their team was amazing. Josh on the sales team was very knowledgeable laid back and listened to what I wanted. This was very much appreciated and the reason I bought a car from them. The financing and management were equally impressive and I was very pleased to work with each of them. Job well done.
My husband and I bought our ecosport in December and have since taken a Iong trip to California and Arizona and Nevada. And back. The car runs like a dream. Went in just looking to see what my options were. I have bad credit, so needed a co-signer which was fine. I met up with Kastin Nielson (with the Caldwell store), he was great to work with. Wasn't sure about financing again, but he worked really hard at giving me the beat deal that worked for my financial position. Kastin made it fun to be there! The team and Team Mazda were excellent. Chandler, was awesome as a salesman and really allowed the car to shine on the test drive rather than "Selling" the car. The finance guy and tech lady were well informed and didn't play any games. The overall experience was quick, professional, and pleasant. I will definitely be looking to buy my next car at Team Mazda.
I went in to get my oil changed. It was an early appointment (7:30 am) and was quoted an 45 minutes to an hour wait. They were done in half hour and I was able to go about my day. Easy peasy. Great service. Honorable mention to Joshua, the salesman who helped me with my 2024 CX-30 back in February. Highly recommend. 10/10

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales man Dave (Caldwell Store) was amazing and made the process fun. Very professional easy going sales. When it’s time to get your vehicle service very professional folks. I was late one time (30 minutes) and they still got me in and serviced the car in a very timely matter. I highly recommend checking them out if you looking for a new vehicle.

Marcey was amazing. I took my car in for an oil change. I had been hearing a noise. Every time I went no one heard it. I recorded it. She listened to it and she scheduled the very next Monday for me to drop my car off and pick up a loaner. She was awesome

I love them! They helped me find my mazda cx 30 and I love it! I'm picky on the colors and designs so they were patient and walked all over to help me find the perfect car for me. They are amazing!
Came in later in the day with them about an hour away from closing time. They had no issues staying late and walking us through all our questions and helping us get a better deal than any other lot was prepared to do for us. Will definitely be back to get my next car in the future a few years down the road!

I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else. I bought my first Hyundai Sonata from David 2 years ago and sadly just lost that car in an accident.
